Annie and Dan's wedding

Annie and Dan's wedding was wonderful! They were married in Beep and Gwee's church, the same church my parents were married and Brent and I were married! It is a great spot. The reception was awesome too! Live band and dancing! Here are Beep and Gwee as always dancing the night away....Beep is in his classic bow tie! Don't they look great!! A good time for the canoe! Who cares about the suit right? Cousin Brad, Brent (in blue) cousin Mikey, Brother Jake and one groomsmen bring the canoe back from OSU days!

Dad LOVES the song "Smoke on the water" he always has....so Mom and Dad went to Europe this summer and visited the spot where the songs inspiration took place...and Dad got that t-shirt! Of course the band played "Smoke on the water" so Dad took off his nice shirt and tie and wore his smoke on the water shirt! It got everyone really fired up! Really a fun fun time! Here is Dad and his sister, my Aunt Jane. Dan and Annie on the right.

Labor Day at Apple Valley

It was a super hot day. Brent was watering the lawn and the girls wanted to get sprinkled! Natalie pulled the wago through the sprinkler and the little girls loved it!!

Girl and Duey

Elizabeth has imaginary friends. She has real friends too but she plays with her friends "Duey and Girl" who are her little imaginary friends. She talks to them in the car, or in her room or on her pink step two car...wherever?!

It has turned into a major ritual putting Elizabeth to bed these days. After reading a book, brushing her teeth, telling her a story, saying prayers, singing a song.... Brent and I kiss her and start leaving her room...and she sits up and say loudly "tip toe! Girl is sleeping!!" We had to tip toe out of her room!! We didn't laugh until the door was closed!!
